Unlocks when: Always complete — fulfilled at episode creation.

A StudioEpisode is created by selecting a locked bookstore.Chapter from the "Add Episode" screen on the project detail page. Only locked chapters not yet linked to an episode are available.

Episode creation sets: episode_number (mirrors chapter.number), workflow_status = 'draft', and links the StudioProject and bookstore.Chapter via OneToOne FK.

The Step 1 panel on the workflow page shows chapter title, number, word count, TTS voice, scene count, and chapter summary (if available from Arthur's lock pipeline).
